RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, please contact us here or at hello@soprovincial.com after carefully reviewing our return policy below.
DIGITAL ARTWORK: Due to the nature of these products, digital, downloadable products are not returnable. These products are available for download immediately upon purchase, and therefore cannot be canceled.
PRINTED ARTWORK: Printed artwork is fulfilled through a third-party manufacturer upon order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. Printed artwork may be returned within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted form the amount of the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items sold on clearance sales are final sale and non-refundable.
ALL OTHER ITEMS: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be unwashed/unworn and in new condition. Returned items that are worn, damaged, or soiled (including pet hair and makeup) may be subject to a restocking fee or may only be eligible for store credit, depending on the extent of the damage.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING: Cost of return labels are deducted from final refund amount.
RETURNS BEYOND 30 DAYS: All returns beyond 30 days are non-refundable and are eligible for store credit, valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
REFUND PAYMENT METHOD: All refunds are sent to the original payment method.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If an item is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
